Please read through the guidance below, by booking in you are confirming that you agree to follow all the requirements:
- Only 1 parent / guardian per family will be allowed to accompany the children.
- Hand sanitise when entering the building.
- All adults must wear a mask while indoors.
- All adults should social distance from other adults including staff.
- Download the NHS Test and Trace app and login at Chabad Lubavitch Leeds using the QR code displayed.
- Places must be booked and paid for in advance. If you are unable to attend please let us know asap so we can give the place to someone else.
- In the event you are displaying any coronavirus symptoms, have been in close contact with someone displaying symptoms or are required to quarantine, you must not attend. You will be refunded if you have booked.
